All workshops and conference sessions are grounded in relationship-based, developmentally informed practice, with a strong emphasis on competency- and strength-based and trauma-informed approaches.

This work centres both children and the adults who care for them, recognizing that sustainable change happens when learning honours lived experience, professional knowledge, and diverse cultural and caregiving contexts.

Sessions emphasize:

  • Building on existing strengths and competencies

🧩 Formats & Duration

Sessions are flexible and tailored to the needs of each group, organization, or event.

Sessions may be offered as:

  • Stand-alone workshops or conference sessions

  • Full-day or multi-day PD programming

  • Multi-session or multi-day learning series

  • Conference presentations or keynote-style sessions

Duration guidelines:

  • Early Childhood Educators (ECEs): minimum 2-hour sessions

  • Parent communities: minimum 90-minute sessions

  • Extended workshops and multi-day PD sessions available (up to full-day or conference formats)

All sessions can be tailored to your group’s goals, setting, and context.
